Colors are nice, the subject is in focus, but like kpflynn said, the frog of course would be better if he was facing the camera.

Some other things do bother me a bit here also, the lighting is a bit harsh but that can't be avoided if you don't have time to wait at the same spot, but some doable things would be to place the frog so that it's not smack in the middle of the frame and also stepping one step to your left (if possible of course) and the other leg would be all the way visible also.

Btw, who's Susan Murai (in the exif data)?

I kinda like that it's not facing the camera. Gives the image more character than what's typical.

Nice color contrasts with the green and blacks... Thanks for sharing.


Building the collection slowly..... 7D gripped, 550D gripped and some gLass.... and some other glass.... and some lights....more strobes than you can shake a stick at.... Just a hobby gone out of control....
