Last one was around 6:45 am in May

The other two were taken around 8:45 and 9:00 am on a different visit

Didn't get to get there at an awesome time like you did

I have not been there in years -- why did they build that? Next time I go, I will have to shoot it.

It's just a part of Millenium Park. It has become a real tourist destination and it's a lot of fun for everyone to visit. It's right at Michigan Ave. and Randolf St.
Day or night you can get some really cool shots.
