Here are some shots of Bethany it was a pretty bad sky day so we tried to make do with OCF instead.

This one is with the real sun

This one the sky was blown so just add some texture to give some interest

first i would of made her take her sunglasses off, i would whiten her teeth in all of them, the fake bokeh background in #3 seems a bit much

I like the last one the best, except that you cut off her left arm in the bottom of the shot. Also, remember the rule of thirds; her head should be higher. If this was a crop, you could easily fix it.

Thanks for your comments guys. I appreciate it. I will relook at the last one I think we will end up redoing it anyway as I was not thrilled with many things this was one of the better ones from that day.

Here is a similar shot as the last one with her whole arm and following the rule of thirds I just was not as happy with position of the violin covering her face

This shot is much better. All you have to do when you reshoot this is make her turn more toward you. Then the violin won't block her face. I have a daughter who plays violin and another who plays viola, so I know that it can be difficult to shoot with the instrument's bow practically at face level.

thanks for the comment I am working on a laptop and they looked OK till I read your comment and looked at them again. What was I thinking must have been working in the dark with the brightness control set too high thanks for the honest comment. I have taken another look at several of these and have reworked the WB.

No worries. It happens to me all of the time. I'll be editing photos and show them to a friend (fellow photog) and he'll comment, "Check your WB!" I'll go back and, sure enough, I missed it.
