wandering over from portraits

I'm usually a portrait photographer, but I decided to try some of the interesting buildings in town. Please let me know what you think. Next time, what can I do to improve? Thanks!

This one seems a bit boring to me. Maybe if I'd been able to get it from an angle where you could see more reflection in the windows?

Like the last one most; 1st one I would crop out all red brick on the top.
