Neewer vs Yongnuo

Maybe i am posing the most stupid question in the whole forum, but i am trying to buy my first flash i am kind of confused.

I have looked around for a cheap flash to get. I found that the Yongnuo 560 would be a nice starting point.
When i went to look it in amazon i found also a Neewer YN560 that looks the same.
Than i also found the Rc603 Transceiver from Neewer.

Is Neewer the same as Yongnuo?
What are the differences?

Hey I'm in a similar situation but looking at the yn-565ex it's thier newer flash and said to be comparable to the 580exii

I ran into the same issue. If you look at the images posted with the links, the flashes all say Yongnuo. If you're still worried, contact Amazon and ask.

i was thinking about THIS ONE, and it actually reads NEEWER YN-560!!

Do you know any place where we could get a Yongnuo 560 and a pair of RC-603, kind of a Kit, so we would pay shipment only once?

Yikes, that's interesting. I'd stay away from that.

thephotogadget.com is a solid retailer of yongnuo products and I believe they have the RC-603s as well. They also offer a 1 year warranty on all their products.

Regarding Neewer flashes on Amazon, people have reported receiving Yongnuo flashes even though the pictures are labeled Neewer. Amazon has an excellent return policy, so if you change your mind...

Photogadget looked really cool! I would have bought from there, but i don't have a paypal account. Maybe it's time to make it...

I just recently bought this one. http://www.amazon.com/​gp/product/B004GZLFHM . Shows "Neewer" on the flash...when arrived it was labeled Yongnou. I don't know if there are any labeled Neewer flashes...has anyone received one?

I bought 2 yongnou flashes from him but got my money back. They were listed as in Canada and was sent an email the next day saying they were shipped out to me, then the next week I emailed Neewer- (ebay store) and they said they would give me the tracking number when they shipped out, (but they already said they shipped them out!!!) So I asked for my money back. Got the refund yesterday.

Neewer is just a rebranded Yongnuo.

The Yongnuo 560 flash is called 'YN-560'.

I got my YN-560 in a few days ago and love it so far. It's also my first flash and a whole world is opening up to me. The thing that most surprised me was the build quality. It's absolutely 100% solid, insane! Really good flash overall, I highly recommend it!
