Hi guys, I have recently got fed up with cables and all the clutter lying around my desk so I am cutting down on unecessery hardware and whatever takes up too much of my little work space.
Could you recomend me a good and fast internal card reader that will do SD and CF cards.
I suppose it will connect to my mobo via a usb3 port?
Thanks.

does your computer support usb3?

cant go wrong with anything really.. i do not believe much matters.. i have bought 2 for my wifes computers... 1 died hence 2nd.. different model... i never look.. just buy cheap... and they have all worked great...

here are the 3.0's and you see price is just that.. no much... so now it comes to look at where the ports are and what you prefer

Yes, p8p67 comes with an internal usb3. There are a few choices out there but none of the ones I kooked up has really good reviews. I think I have checked 'akasa' and 'ice box'.

Thanks for the reply

For a CF or SD card, the connection used will hardly be the bottleneck…
