Thanks Guys.
Most were shot at 1/250, some at 1/200 or 1/320. 70-200L f4, the 2 wide angle burnouts are with the Tokina 12-24 f4 which is turning out to be a very nice lense.
I really like to pan a bit slower but I make my money from selling prints mostly to riders, teams and sponsors so I need to keep the bikes and sponsors names reasonably sharp, 1/250th or so has proven to be a good compromise for me.
[Brag strength="a little"] #7 and #12 were built by my brother (Bitter/Sweet Motorsports), his partner, our cousin, is the rider in #7. [/brag]
Kraig we must have been typing at the same time:
As mentioned I know a little about that bike, it will run around 7.5 seconds at around 195. mph, the last bike ran 197. Only 3 bikes have run 200 in that class (Streetbike Shootout 68"). They set the ProStar record last year at 198. It is actually street legal, of course it only runs on the track. At Prostar, sometimes they'll have to ride down some streets at legal speeds as part of the tech process.
The other bikes run anywhere from 8 to just over 9 seconds.
