playing with flare can be a lot of fun, but it takes a lot of practice to get the star burst pattern without the orbs ... it's all about knowing your lens and angle it is to the light source. Other than the orbs, pretty good shot, I like the low perspective, which adds some nice texture to the foreground. Kinda boring otherwise, but it's a good start!

Thanks FastCougar. Appreciate your time to respond. I'll experiment with angles to try and avoid the orbs.
I'll also try and find something a little more interesting than the footpath to incorporate into the shot. :)

It looks a bit tilted to the right to me. I would also crop out a bit of the lower portion. Otherwise I like the star bursts and the leading line of the guard rail,
