I have been using a very awesome software tool called keepass to generate, store, and manage all my passwords in an encrypted database on my computer.

http://keepass.info/ (external link)

This is an amazing free open source tool. One thing to be aware of is that the passwords generated will not be easily memorized but as long as this application is run on your computer and quite possibly external device you will be able to hard lock all your accounts with high integrity passwords.

With the amount of password cracking going on in the real world this tool may be a life saver. For me it become a welcome relief as I have nearly 50 passwords stored here.

The software is completely reliable and easy to use too. I highly recommend and if you like it drop a small donation in the developers box. He will appreciate it.

If anyone is looking for these great pieces of software, I heartily recommend a look at 1Password too which also syncs your passwords across all your devices.
