I'm shopping for a new background and came upon one on eBay that I'm interested in, but have never heard of the material that it's constructed from. Below is how the seller describes it. Is anyone familiar with this and has thoughts on it good or bad? Thanks.
Polycanvas is made from polyester material. It is as thick as a heavy duty artwork paper. Unlike paper, it is tear free, dirt proof and water proof.
It can be folded and it will regain it's own flatness when rolled up and sat for a couple of days.
It it shpped rolled and folded and we provide instruction how to dewrinkle it. You can use hot iron with a wet towel in between to get the wrinkle out if you need it in a hurry.
