I've been trying to sell my 5D and a 50mm 1.8 II for a month now for $900 and no biters in my area :(

Maybe I should consider eBay. Seems like the prices vary quite a bit from region to region though.

Truly amazing.......This is the first time that I have EVER seen this quote without the English translation following it immediately. I have a couple of questions about this.

Why is a Latin phrase quoted anyway, and.

Why is it always (OK almost always) followed by the English translation.

It was until fairly recently a recognised legal term relating to property law and the requirement of due dligence, now superseded in both England and the United States by consumer protection laws.

ETA - As to the appended translation - probably because (certainly in Scotland post-1970) I was probably the last generation to learn Latin in school as part of the general curriculum

Is there something wrong with it? It should sell fast at that price if it's in good condition. Have you thought about trying to sell it on Amazon? I've had good experiences there.

Other than no box and no body cap, there is nothing wrong with it :(

Maybe I'll look into amazon like you said. Thanks for the tip!

It's a tought time to seller. Here too there is a couple of 5D to sale, but no one want to grab it at this price they prefer a new shinny, video, hdmi stuff. Most seller want $1000 for the 5Dc, I think now it is a bit too high. Most go fast a 800-850. I just buy one mylsef as a back up to my 1D4, I pay $1000 in a store, but it come with a canon grip, 2 canon batteries, and a 3 month garanty and also I have the opportunity to test it before. I look briefly at a 60D, but I think the image quality are just better with the FF, i'M not talking of the body and operation, the 60D are miles away.
