Exactly. One secret, and only one, of my successful 30 year marriage is we never fight about money. My wife always says it's only money.

As to the OP, I used to think the 70-200 was heavy and stopped taking it out. Then I quickly realized what I was missing and it now rarely is off my camera.

I've gone out in NYC and shot all day with my former 100-400 and it wasn't too long. It's actually a great challenge to go out with only one lens and make it work.
