I don't know if any of you are familiar with Blog Stomp, but I purchased this software to quickly resize & watermark images primarily to use on my new (and woefully content-poor) blog. Only thing is there's no instructions on how to compile the resized (stomped) images into a nice collage to put on a blog. I would really appreciate if anyone has experience with this, they'd share the easiest way to do this. If this is the wrong forum for this question, moderators, please move me to the right one!

I use picasa to put together collage for the blog and use faststone image to resize them. I also have a action in Photoshop to resize and watermark them as well.

Do you have a sample of how Blog Stomp work on your site?

There are a number of different ways of accomplishing this and there is also a ton of tutorials online which I found by Googling "Make a Collage in Photoshop".

Make a new document ensuring that it will have enough space to hold all your images. I normally make mine quite large as you can crop it later. You can got to File-Place and then navigate to where your resized images reside and double click one. It will open in the new document as a smart object and initially it will lines diagonally across it. This gives you the chance to resize it before accepting. Holding down your shift key grab one of the corners and drag to resize. The shift key maintains its current aspect. If you hold alt and shift at the same time it will resize from the center. Hit enter once you are happy. Select your move tool (keyboard shortcut V) and move the image to where your want it placed. Repeat for each image to be put into the collage.

If you have images open already and you want to add it to the collage you can simply select your move tool and drag it to the image and drop it. If you are using tabbed windows drag and hold your cursor over the target file in the tabs until it opens and then drop it in your target image.

Once you have the images placed where to you want them you can make them look better if you want by adding layer styles to them. Strokes, drop shadows, etc.

This is a quick and dirty explanation. I would suggest you find a video tutorial online and watch it. You should find lots of these on YouTube or Vimeo.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
