I took the following on my last trip for my 5D II.

16-35mm f2.8
50mm 1.2
100mm 2.8L macro IS

Make sure to take a tripod. You can get some stunning night shots as well.
I didn't get to use the 100mm too much...

16-35mm 2.8

Looks like #2 is from Sentinel Bridge, how long was the exposure on that? Beautiful shot by the way!

I headed there (from Ireland) over the summer and was really glad to have a Samyang 14mm for some shots like these...

another vote for the 10-22. I'm heading back to Glacier NP next summer and will either rent or purchase the 10-22.

You could always zoom the 10-22mm to a longer focal length and back up to fill the frame. I think an ultrawide would be a great idea for yosemite especially seeing as though the 17-55mm would be a redundant lens to carry.

the landscape in Yosemite lends itself to focal length shooting from 10-400. a lot of it depends on your style of shooting. I think there is often a tendency to shoot too wide, to try to capture the expansive view, and end up with boring images. I would say 16-100MM on a crop (so a lens such as the 15-85) would be ideal on lens solution.

Yeah. It is... I think is was a 8 second shot with the lens shot wide open.
