This thread is designed to promote your business web site by increasing your Google +1 ranking.
In theory, the Google search engine should rank your page higher due to your higher number of +1’s. For those non Google users, a +1 is similar to a Facebook ‘like’. More on SEO HERE (external link)

Here is how the thread will work: In the second post of this thread, I will maintain a list of photography web sites from those wanting to participate. The third post will be allocated for non photography web sites, from members with non photography day or part time jobs. The newest sites will be added to the top.

Click on TEN of the URL’s in the list, then PM me with your URL, and I will add it to the top of the list.

Since many of us are part time photographers, I will leave this thread open to photo and non photography sites. If you want to click more than 10 (it should take less than 2 minutes to complete this) I’m sure it would be appreciated.

Please share your Google +1 experiences, and any SEO results as a result of this thread.

If a link does not work or does not have a +1 button, send me a PM and I will remove it from the list.
Instructions for adding a +1 button to your web site are HERE (external link)

According to the Google + TOS (terms of service) this should be acceptable since the plus 1’s are coming from real people, real accounts, and with merit.

(obviously the first 10 PM's with url's will be added without the necessary 10 +1's to other users)

Cool brotha. Just have to figure out how to do it. Was shooting some headshots this afternoon and my son has a baseball game tonight. Won't be able to look into it until tomorrow morning.

Google will probably catch on to this the way they did link farms, if they haven't already, and legitimately relevant sites will once again rule.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

You'll probably get further with that than you ever would trying to game the system.

I hope so. If anybody really wants to do me a favour just google Chris Mallet Photography and +1 my actual listing on google. I +1'd myself and it's actually helped a lot.

Just hit you up as well as your FB page. If this works for me you can hit me up as well. Just google Farmer Fotography. I have my website (which needs some work) and my FB Fan Page (which I use more extensively).

In the mean time, I haven't found anything which allows me to put a +1 on my Smugmug site (where I host my website).

Is it possible to connect the new google + business to a google +1 button on your website. I have the +1 button but at the moment it is just connected to my personal stream.
