Abes of maine gave pretty good service. Accidentally ordered the wrong lens, and they switched it out to the right one I wanted without any problems, and using the coupon codes as well. Living in NY it came 2 days later on standard (free shipping). Yes the call is annoying but at least its a real person.

Just an FYI: they're closed Wed 10/19 to Fri 10/21. Not sure if they're open on the weekend. More holidays. Probably safe to say that they're following BH.

On a different note, is it weird that I received a package from them with Adorama packaging?

FS: Nothing for now.

Was it an Adorama product?

Nope, it was a Sigma lens.

Got my 55-250 from them. Besides the annoying phone call as others mentioned everything else went smoothly. I would buy from them again.

I just checked the AOM tracking info they provide on their site and it shows as being shipped. I still want to talk with customer service and see about getting a refund on the $12.95 3-5 day shipping I paid for though. They really should provide any holiday hours on their site or provide the info prior to checking out.

Update: The wife and I just arrived back from a Celtic Thunder show in Lincoln, Ne and the package was on the doorstep so everything worked out.
