Yup.. I did a 'search'... didn't find what I needed. We use Zoombrowser EX version 2.4... for several personal reasons. On my '98SE machine here it is fine.
On my wife's XP machine, the XP driver set installed something to do with TWAIN drivers. When she opens ZB, sets her G-1 to download to the PC, and clicks on "Import Images"... the correct line is "From Canon Camera", and she gets the usual Photos on Camera window. If she is in a hurry she sometimes clicks the SECOND LINE... something about Canon camera from USB, and she get a window discussing TWAIN drivers and a choice of Yes or No for that. She can stop the program and got back into it..doing the correct clicking, and all is fine...
But, I often wonder just WHAT THE HECK 'TWAIN' means, WHY she is asked if she wants to use it... etc???
Any help in 'our' education
