wish i could talk the wife into going anywhere in Asia, my folks are still trying to get a trip to Denmark to see family but its been 15 years of nothing but talk!

It's an easy thing to put off Jetta - and we've been doing the same... Luckily our dollar is high and Thailand is a pretty cheap place to travel to/in, my luck our dollar will plummet and it will end up costing me a fortune... One thing for sure though, it's ON!

2/3 of thailand under water? I disagree.... some parts of bangkok are flooded (outskirts) and some are under threat but most of the country is fine

Ok just telling you... It says 50++ provinces out of 70++ I think.

Anyway that would be an awesome trip hehe never been there though but really love to go to pattaya and phuket even though I have very nice white sand beaches arouńd me already hehe

Think about Thai's weather - they're in the middle of the wet season now, Dec-March is dry, so the floods will be over by then. I know some lads in Thailand (Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket) and none of them are worried.
If worst comes to worse, I'll bypass Bangkok and head to the beach... can't wait..

Flights done, insurance done... Was going to buy some Sterlingtek spares but waiting for email re delivery down here.... same with SD cards (Adorama) though I do have a local alternative.....

Stressed = goodnight all

Yo.

hey Omar i read back through the post, the Cardinals did the same thing to the Braves that they did last night, we were in Ted Turner stadium and it went 11 innings and then the cardinals pounded a home run with 2 out on the boards and ended the game. We were in the stands from 5:30 till 12:30 just for the game and then we stayed for the fire works.

It was also the first game my son and daughter have ever been too so they will be fans for life, the whole game my kids were sitting on the edge of thier seats!

as far as I know we have the same weather.. all the typhoons that hit them hits us first :lol: and I have to agree... December - March has no typhoons or if there is its very very rare.

goodnight :D
