Disneyworld, theme parks photo tips.

1. During the parade, donot stay with your wife and kids, shoot from across the street from them, this way you can compose your shots to include your family with the characters, float. (same technique inside boat rides, thake the opposite or behind them) same for some of the shows.
2. Fireworks, I stll have my 35 mm slide show of the fireworks I took in 1976...I am sure you know how to shoot fireworks on tripods and long exposure if not at bulb. Select a vantage point that will let you shoot wide with Cinderella's castle in the foreground.
3.night shots and stage lit pictures ay require fast lens and high iso.

Take family picture with iconic backgrounds as the Castle etc, thus would need selftimer on tripod.

Cheers,
Tony

i'm not sure about disneyworld, but disneyland, they wont allow because they think ppl would run into them and cause accidents. i dont know if there was any incident, but i also dont understand why you cant just be next to it. its the same as being next to someone else :|

i think steven checked on disney tokyo and fuond out he couldnt use it as well....

At Disney World drive inside the property and park in one of the hotels around the boardwalk, say Swan or Dolphin or Yatch club, free walk and photops around that lake even ride in their free boat shuttle to from Epcot, good food around this area.
