That tree is certainly unique. Was it pruned that way?

along the pacific coast line you see trees like these, bent by the wind, one famous one is in Carmel by the Pebble beach golf course on mile 17, I do not have a new pix but will surely shot it on my next trip there

Same things with trees on the west coast of Ireland, because of the winds and salt water.

yep 100lb hog slow cooked on a wood burning pig cooker over a 12 hour time frame, then vinager and some other seasoning added.
True South Eastern North Carolina bbq. pulled pork so soft it melts in your mouth.

Sounds like a good old Shriner's Pig Roast :D

When I get married, the reception dinner is gonna be a pig roast. Along with some roast beef and roast chicken. And all the veggies that belong. Fresh baked buns too of course.

Pretty much anywhere with prevailing winds.

here is the Filipino way of roasted pig, lechon, cooked on a bamboo spit and turned over charcoal for more than 4 hours...crunchy crispy skin..served with liver flavored sauce....always a fare for fiestas...when is your Birthday in January?

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

sounds so good, i'm hungry now. The last one we did we had 4 chickens on the grill with beer roasters underneath and the seasoning added to the beer cans. i love grilling! just got me an all stainless wilmington grill and smoker at the beggining of the summer and i love it.
