Is the food always fresh? I'm pretty picky about that. If the food isn't fresh, I leave. :)

yes in this place they cook new everyday and during the day they add new viands, new recipe as the first ones are consumed...my experience has been very good with them..they get very good traffic.

Cheers,

how can you expect fresh food in Buffets? I mean food are left for hours on end in there

I've been to bad Filipino buffets because food should not be served from the day before! It should always be served fresh. ;)

I am surprised they let you go in there and photograph their food layouts. They may have some suspicion that you're with a rival attempting to copy their setup.

Well I carry two Co2 cartridges and then I have a Lyzene Pressure Drive medium frame mounted pump.

Then I carry one (used to carry two) inner tubes and some patches. I tend to overpack while riding because when I ride a lone a lot and don't want to get stuck.

It's better to have everything you need if you ride alone. :) Two tubes is more than enough.

Yeah, it's not very old. It's the Shiv TT though, not the new Shiv.
