hanging in there. been busy. work got busy. started going back to the gym after work. remaining evening, spend time with the gf and fall dead asleep.

been meaning to get back in shape and lose the weight to look good when i go on the trip. pretty much FAIL now ><

Yes his legacy is sure to take a hit. I really don't get it. Had i been him i would have moved immediately to rectify the situation. Take the hit at that point but your showing your moral character by doing the right thing. Brushing it under the rug is what has caused this mess.

yes it is, but to me the harder part is boosting myself up first. I was very motivated when i started 2 years ago and was able to work hard for 10-12 months and lost 55 lbs. after going on small trips and eating/buffets... i slowly drifted away, slacked off and gained a lot of weight.

my motivation was wanting to look good for this girl (now gf :P) so since thats been done... i'm not very motivated anymore zzzzzzz

ahh yup! that was sunday. went on a few rides and left. it rained and the lines wasnt too long for the rides but left a bit earlier then planned cuz i was gonna meet friends up for lunch, but end up not going because of the rain, they didnt want to go out

so i went to get ramen

again, i have an annual pass so i can go when ever i want
