no movies require 3d, but it enhances your watching experience good 3d that is... sucky 3d like clash of the titans was horrible!

Here the laws vary by state and sometimes even by county. In NYC it is illegal to ride your bike on the sidewalk unless your a child. Someone could be coming out of a building and get smacked by a bike rider. Not that the street saves you much to begin with

yeah exactly...and they are actually riding it quite fast on sidewalks that was my first night out so I will probably get some good ones in the coming days

I believe on your network you only ave to turn on wifi. No 3G connection else your are international roaming. When you start calling long distance even on wifi you get charged by the local telecom.
