To me i dont compare the FL i have in my Zooms with Primes they are a whole nother ball game.... Primes are usually fast had Sharper... tho my zooms are super sharp and any F stop a prime will out do them... did i mention they are faster? that extra f stop i get from f1.4 to f2.8 is worth it during wedding when you cant use flash

I just dont know if it is worth it... I mean having this 5Dc its opened my eyes alot! but can the 5D2 really out perform the 5Dc? the guy i bought it from said he wont let me touch his 5D2 cause ill want it so im kinda curious.....

Okay. Understood on the reason for getting primes. ;)

The 1diii though you probably should keep along with the 5dc. A wedding photog has to have a backup camera.

Farlet brings up a good point and ill bring up another.

Get a 5DII it will play nice with your 5Dc since you wont need to worry about crop factor and all your lenses will feel the same.

And what is better since you are buying from canon i believe it brings a 90 day warranty unlike buying used on this bored with no warranty.

;) And you could also pick up refurb lenses through their shop. That is why im surprised when people purchase items here at a higher price than the refurb store.

Buying refurb from Adorama nets you a 1-year store warranty vs Canon's 90-day. And for most, no tax.

Okay so sell the Canon 50 1.4 to switch to the Sigma 50 1.4. Gotcha. Then again the 50 FL is covered by the 24-70. So just get the 85 and 135, then?

It's nice having zoom capability... Personally, I like the idea of going 16-35L (or 17-40L) and pairing it with a set of primes (50 1.4, 85 1.8, etc)
