The dynamic range and shadow noise performance of the recent Canon aps-c sensors are just awful with my 50D being the worst. The new 1D seems very very nice but it's size and weight scares me. I am also saving up for a 200L IS but I want to use it with a relatively compact body either a 60D or it's replacement. They asked me how well I understood theoretical physics. I said I had a theoretical degree in physics. They said welcome aboard! - Fallout New Vegas
