Thanks guys. If you nail the exposure, ISO3200 doesn't really need any noise reduction, other than what Adobe Camera Raw does in conversion.
If I underexposed I will often use a mild amount of Ninja.

I think I'm going to go for the non IS and use the extra $$$ to get the Tamron 28-75. lol. Can't wait to see more of your pictures!

So, I can sleep soundly at night never wondering if I should spend the extra money and get the IS version.
