Hi all,

We're back again with another recent batch of backyard regulars. We're still seeing a pin feather here and there, but all these birds are mostly done moulting now and looking quite ready for winter...

Bully Robin:

Missy and Ben, (Bluebird Pair) :

We enjoy shooting them thruout the seasons, but they're sure more photogenic when their summer moulting is finished.

We hope you enjoy these,

Kenn

Great series of shots Kenn, I also had a pair of Robins show up this week. They were here this spring, then disappeared all summer.

The light on the robins and BG is special Kenn... and the Bluebirds are alway lovely... I thought of you and Temple this week when I found a flock of 6-8 Eastern Bluebirds foraging on mountain ash berries... I hardly ever see them here, but I usually see a couple passing through in October. I will try to post them soon, I think they are headed for your backyard ;)

Very nice close ups..

Thanks everybody, we sure appreciate all your comments.

Dave (db) - We saw your Bluebird set... congrats on those really excellent shots. Very glad you had that opportunity! :)

Mitch - Our (American) Robins always disappear for awhile in late summer early Fall, and many of them go away for most of the Winter months too. But this individual (we call him Bully) stays with us year-round and comes boldly to the deck for regular photo ops (and raisins ;) )

We love to share our birds here...

Kenn
