It's attracted major league professional drivers such as Ed Carpenter, who raced this year, a few weeks after winning the IndyCar event at the Kentucky Speedway, and Ricky Rudd, who won the race with his son as a co-driver. Dan Wheldon, who started in karts, ran in most of the Robo-Pong events.

(Sometimes NYC) More info | Nov 07, 2011 09:16 | #4 Very similar event to the Brazilian "500 Milhas de Granja Viana" i.e. "500 Miles of Granja Viana" where many top Brazilian and foreign pros race go-karts to the fans' entertainment. Too bad they moved south... just when my son started karting at Granja Viana. Oh well... there's the Brazilian GP soon! Ellery Bann
