For (C) search:
http://www.copyright.gov/records/ (external link)

If you do apply for one, it won't cost you much to get it, BUT, here is what you will need:
- Specification and specimen of your logo
- Active use of the name

So, get your logo, then apply.

After you do get a (C) you will need to use (R) with your logo to protect it.

Good luck!

You can't copytright a name. You can register it as trademark. You can find information on this easily by doing a Google search.

Tomj is correct. You can't copyright a company name. The correct way to protect the name/logo you use for trade is by registering it as a Trademark.

Get a logo from 99desgins.com

Or, just reach out to a designer I met via 99designs directly. I have used him about a dozen times. Very fast, very sharp.
