First Trout caught for the winter catch and release season, I have a water bag for my slr I take fly fishing with me, so far its been worth the extra cargo.

I am shooting throught an aquapak, with limited view finder visablity, so... its one of those get a photo or non at all. considering that I am plenty happy, this photo wasnt ment to be artsey. Canon Rebel XTi

One has to deal with wet slimy hands, trying to get focus while dealing with a fish, changing light intensity at different angles, camera adjustments with one hand under tense circumstances etc. Canon R5, RF 100-500, R5 with RF 24-105 L

I havent been back out latly since I dont have waders its been to cold. the fly I used looks like a brown chuck of catfood. alot like the pellets the hatchery feed these fish. Canon Rebel XTi

If your trying to imitate the trout feed, try a color that is slightly darker brown; chocolate brown.
