Lowepro UK - Great Customer Service

The shoulder strap stitching on my Lowepro Phototrekker AWII started to fray recently. It got to the point where only half the strap was still attached, which isn't ideal when you're carrying expensive kit around....

So, last week I emailed Lowepro's local Distributor, Daymen UK to ask where I could buy a replacement. This morning, a new one was delivered...free of charge!

It's good to see some companies still believe in excellent customer service!

good to hear GSH - too often I see retailers on TV complaining that online shopping and Ebay are putting them out of business, and the GL has to hear me rant at the telly - if the bricks and mortar shops delivered a bit of customer service we (the consumers) wouldn't be turning to online bargains!
