Just to re-state or explain this one out...I was using a Gary Fong flash adapter to soften and broaden my light when shoot very small rooms. Since light is using a huge factor now that we are in full blown winter wonderland, when shooting homes flash is very important.

Once I changed out the round Fong adapter to a LiteDome.....problem resolved.............

Once again thank you all for your help.....you saved me a lot stress and money..............wish I could hug you all...............

Ah. Glad you've figured it out.

But tell us: what about the flash (or the flash adapter) was causing this strange lighting? I've never seen anything like that.

This one shows it a lot better. And it only shows up when I use ISO of 400 or higher...gets worse the higher I go with ISO. Other photos shot at the same time with lower ISO does not have these spots.....thanks for trying to help me here....would just like to have more information when I take it in to have it cleaned it gets done properly.

The 2nd photo reminds me of disco light. lol

to me, it looks like the flash is lighting up the dust particles on the uv filter attached to the lens.
