Good book for 5D MKII?

Besides the manual!

Any good books you guys would recommend? I'm coming from a Nikon D300s and it's a pretty big difference.

I still can't believe it will not meter off the focus point in manual mode! Or someone enlighten me and hopefully I'm missing something here!

either way I'd like to get some reading material to learn this powerful camera.

Manuals from the book shelf are just filled out with loads of stuff you don't need to know. If you know how your D300 workd then you know how this works.
