But come on...we're talking about 2 point and shoots vs. Sony's latest and greatest. Buy/Sell Feedback

Here it is with its kit lens: Zeiss 16-50 f/2.8 _MG_9114-Edit And here is the pop photo review eluded to above. http://www.popphoto.com …-a77-new-king-aps-c-dslrs The camera impressed me in use. -Omar- Flickr

Nov 18, 2011 13:22 | #10 My bro in law has used one - he works for Sony. He tells me its a nice piece of kit. Now all they need to do is start building a lens selection and I maybe tempted. I posted on here over a year ago about how Sony will take what others have and improve them. They seem to be shaking up the big two with good products and ideas. Ian

IMO, Sony has a great lens selection of very nice glass for crop cameras. Remember they will ALL be IS lenses because sony has a stabilized sensor. Taylor

The A77 is not going to fit in your pocket and it has interchangeable lenses. PLUS the price points aren't even close. Maybe comparing it to a 7D or 60D would make sense to me. I was just going to mention that. You could almost by 3 G12's or 4 s95's for the price of an A77. Also look at the memory the Sony takes up. Maybe memory not a big deal for some people but it seems like David is being compared to Goliath.
