7D slow motion freeware?

Hi
I've looked everywhere but seems there is no freeware process to watch my 7d slow motion (shot at 50fps) video on an XP machine.

I will need to buy software such as Sony Vegas or other more expensive ones.

Is that right?

I've seen it done using QTsynch but that's for Apple...
Please let me know if you know of a way.

But unfortunately it is only available for Win 7 and vista not the good old XP I am running, not sure if it would have handled the frame rate either.
