What do you guys think of this shot? How does it look? Anyone have any suggestions as to what would have made it better?

I like it. Maybe reduce the brightness of the rocks on either side of the center so they don't catch one's eye so much.

I like to use a polarizer when shooting these to control the glare.

Looking at the shape of the pond and the size of the 'rapids/waterfall', I think you composed it about as well as possible. It's a nice shot.

I took it also from this angle but didn't like it as much because I had to go with a low F-stop because I didn't have my remote with for the bulb setting.

I just went back and checked on the white balance and I actually cooled down the white balance from the correct white balance. The water flowing should be the correct white. What does everyone else think of the WB?

I really like the shot. I would agree with an earlier poster in that a polarizer would have been great.
