im not sure if its my computer not being able to load images any longer as it maybe outdated? but when i loaded images into RAW from the drive on the actual hard drive, most of the come with this blue static instead of the actual picture... this is the most aggressive ive seen.

i have no idea, my wife took my gear to an engagement party without me knowing while i was at work and i get home and tells me, i used your camera tonight, im like "uhhh, im totally not comfortable with that"

i look at the pictures, they're all P&S quality off centered out of focus photos... and its either underexposure or out of focus but they were taken in low light, i guess she had the 24-105 F4L on at the time.

I notice when i use the fill light, the blue goes away and turns into snow.

the blue is on most of the pics, could be underexposure, not quite sure...

when opening directly from the folder into ps/raw, the photos all show blue in the dark/black areas

Also make sure you have highlight clipping warning turned off. It's the top right triangle in the histogram window. Also turn off shadows clipping warning ... The top left triangle.

Yep.

Click the triangle in the top left of the histogram.

I always leave the clipping warnings off since alt then clicking on the exposure, recovery or blacks slider does a better job ... Along with viewing the preview image (sometines it's a reflection that you need to let clip).

That was what I meant. The clipping warning. I called it underexposure.
