edit a license plate

Hey folks,
how can I edit a license plate? I want to delete the numbers and letters and enter a new text e.g. That text must follow the license plate getting thinner. Like on the following picture.

I want to do that with photoshop

You can place the text on its own layer then use the edit->transform to skew it for the perspective. Just don't put my license plate numbers onto a vehicle doing something illegal.

Well, let's see -- you would want to "obliterate" the current letters, through maybe a cloning process or some kind of color replacement. Then, you could stretch/tranform the license plate, either sooner or later.

Then, a text layer that you could adjust opacity and maybe add some texture to to make it "realistic".

So, those are some basic ideas you could work with -- what in particular would you have qestions about?

Or...use magic markers on the real plate and re-shoot...

Make it here and then use transform in photoshop to get the correct perspective on the Mini.
