Card reader software - any out there or any good?

Hi,

Having got a 5D which isn't compatible with Windows 7 in PC connect mode - Print mode works fine but is slow to transfer - is there any card reader software that replicates or improves on the EOS Utility?

By replicates I primarily mean how it creates a good date based folder structure.
