Ok so I am over here for work and with my 1Ds2. I was on a paid tour of Delhi and it jammed, giving me Err99 codes. I found the local Canon service center and they directed me to take it to the level 4 Master Canon Service center across town. I put it in there yesterday around 4pm. They diagnosed it that night as needing a new motherboard. It was done at 10am this morning. Fixed for around 10,000 rupees overnight. Very professional staff. I couldnt be happier.

Great level of service just when you need it. How much is that in real money?

LOL, that was funny! Reminds me of Eurosport Customer Service. After a couple of days you just give up. No wonder we have so much outsourcing.

I wonder in a country as poor as India, How many professional level camera bodies are floating around? Perhaps the tech was waiting for a job to come in and that's why it was so fast.
