Not really of any particular interest to me, but was reading the new C300 info from Canon, and found reference to a new lens.
On page 3 of this EOS C300 page, http://cpn.canon-europe.com …a_eos_system_explained.do![]()
there is an image and a caption for the "Left hand side view of the C300 fitted with the EF85mm f/1.2L IS II USM lens. Note the control for the built-in ND filters and dials for easy operation."
Of course it is incorrect to have a mark II AND IS in the same name, since an IS lens would be brand new, and the mark II already exists. Also is that a weathersealing rubber gasket I see on the lens?
