I have a EOS 5D and I am using Adobe CS4. I took images in RAW format and cannot import them onto my computer via Adobe Bridge. Any suggestions?

I recommend the latter; inexpensive, safer, faster and doesn't use the camera's battery and you can transfer the files by drag/drop or copy/paste. Elie / אלי

Nov 05, 2011 17:13 | #4 Thanks for your reply. I have a canon 5D not the Mk2 so not sure if that makes a difference, and now have also download Photoshop CS5 to see if it will work but its not. Tried to use the software that came with the camera and Canon have now said that its not compatible with a MAC 10.6.8.

tonylong ...winded More info | Nov 05, 2011 17:38 | #5 Yeah, definitely get a card reader. The 6-year-old 5D has had some issues with newer OSs and such, since it requires driver support that evidently has not been kept up-to-date. Tony
