Looks too busy to me, what could I do to improve? I'd love to hear what you guys have to say!

Looks good for a first go at it! How did you do it? One long exposure, multiple exposures stacked? You could always shorten your exposure time or drop your ISO so that you pick up less of the faint stars, then it wouldn't seem so busy.

Thanks! I took a total of about 35 shots at 15''exposure and 1600iso but only stacked 16. 35 just looked too insane haha. I'm hoping to get back out tomorrow, I'll try dropping my iso down a bit.

I wish we could see stars out here in the part of jersey I live, our skies aren't even black. They are red from all the lights. Love your photo.

Thank you! Yeah I know how it is, out here in Albuquerque you can see maybe 10 stars at night. Light pollution is just awful.

Looks fine to me. Just need longer or more exposures to get longer trails.
