Nov 06, 2011 01:37 | #1 I was paid by a band leader to photograph a studio session 3 years ago. The bass player in the band now has just put up her own website. I offered to sell them to her with my watermark on them. Can I do this or does the band leader who paid for the services I provided owns the photos? Unless otherwise specified the copyright stays with the photographer. My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
