Needing help choosing a flash

Hello, I'm pretty new to flash photography. I'm trying to buy one, fairly inexpensive, but something decent as well. At first I was gonna purchase the Canon 430EXii, but I want to get something a little less expensive for now, I don't mind if it's 3rd party, as long as it has a swivel/tilt head so I can bounce it off the ceiling, etc.

I was looking at this from Adorama: Adorama Auto Bounce Flash, Non-Dedicated Flash with a GN of 82 ft (ISO100) http://www.adorama.com​/FAB.html
I've checked the reviews, but a couple said that it's not compatible with Canon, but on the photo it shows a Canon.... does anybody have this flash?

Sunpak is a good option. I'd also look at Nissin and Sigma.

I've had both a Sigma and a Nissin and have been very happy with both. As a brand, I think the Sigmas are probably a little bit better than the Nissins but not by much.
