The first doesn't really do a lot for me, but that second one is awesome!!!

I like them both...very cute. Second one is stunning, though. Some may find it overprocessed, but it is beautiful nevertheless!

i think her eyes look odd in the first pic. did you do something to them? it looks like you cloned them and they're a little OOF.

the 2nd one is awesome!

did not do anything to her eyes in the first one. second image was created with one click of a mouse button in lightroom 3. i used a free pre set that on down loaded of the internet took me 0.2 of a second to get the picture to look like it does.

I also think that #2 is amazingly good , what's not working so well in #1 is that the lighting doesn't create something interesting like in the second image
