both good, #2 does it for me, contrasting background, expression and eyes look better

I'm not a fan of looking up someones nostrils. Do you have to shoot at this angle? There is no shape to her chin with no neck, just not very flattering. In the second picture the angle makes her neck really long.

i think on 1 the eyes could use a little sharpening.

First time trying this angle. I know a lot of people not very fond of looking up style but I want to see what I could get.

It seems from the compression to forum req, it makes it look less sharp than the originals.

I think with her very fair skin, the darker background contrasts better.

Neither of these strike me that well. I prefer the camera be at or above eye level, not way below the subject's head. But I prefer the black background to the white one.

I like number 2 better with black background, but I think she should have worn earrings.
