HELP FOR A NOOB! 60D Twin Lens Bag

Hey guys, hopefully im purchasing my camera in a few days. Its a 60D twin lens kit (18-55, 55-250) i was just wondering what bag you would recommend for this kit? I'll be traveling over seas in a few weeks on holiday so please take that into consideration also i dont want a backpack! something that will rest on one shoulder is much prefered thankyou

Have a look at Crumpler. I have the 6 Million Dollar Home and am very happy with it. It fits a gripped 5Dc with 28-70L, a 70-200 2.8 and 17-40 or 580EXII. The 5 MDH is a bit smaller and might be perfect for you.

Also, a lot of people say Domke bags are nice. I have never owned one, but maybe somebody else might give some feedback on them.

The Domke F-10 would do nicely for that kit. Also has a large front pocket that could carry assorted travel bits, or even an external flash.

I'd probably go with the Domke F3x (which I already have) or the F5XC for that. The F3x will also accomodate a flash and other bulky items in the outer pockets and will still work for your gear even if you choose to add a grip to the 60D, while the F5Xc would be too narrow. I think the F-10 would also be too narrow for a gripped body.

Domke F3x is worth considering. I have one, and used it recently on an overseas trip. It fit my 60D and 2 lenses perfectly in the main compartment, along with charger and a couple filters. It had extra pocket space for a couple other items as well. Great size as an airplane carry on, and not too cumbersome to carry around. Though, it is wider than a messenger style bag, which is something to consider.
