In this day and age is nice to have a great customer experience with a company.

Last night I placed an order for the $399 Intuos4 Medium bundled with LR3:

I specified UPS Blue Label for $19.50. Items to be shipped to my office, billing is my house.

Wacom calls today to verify my information, then tells me they're located 160 miles away and that regular UPS ground is free and is next day service being that close. He cancels the 2nd delivery and saves me $20.

Thanks Wacom!

Good to see customer service is still alive, even if it's hiding.

Good look with the tablet- mine arrives from Amazon tomorrow :D

Yeah, mine just turned up :D. Just got to read all the documentation to figure it out now.

Only problem is a cat trying to use it as a cat bed :p
