I'm looking for the thinnest, smallest case possible for my s100. Can anyone recommend one?

The Lowepro Santiago 20. It fits as if it were made for the s95 or s110. Even room for a spare battery on the side opposite the lens.

I agree with waassaabee's recommendation. My S95 fits in it perfectly. It's made by Olympus and the Amazon ad shows the Olympus logo on it but mine came without the logo. I love the magnetic flap, so easy to use when I have it on my belt.

This case for $8.99 fits the s95, has a zipper on the front for a pocket to hold an extra battery and memory card, and has a carabiner clip to hang from a pack or your belt. Got mine at the local Staples and it's fine.

I bought this case for my S95 (soon to be replaced by an S100 tomorrow) for under $6 from Amazon last month. I prefer zippers over velcro. Also use the front zipper pocket for an extra battery/SDHC.

I find the LowePro REZO 15 fits the S90 and S100 perfectly. Fits on the belt, no zippers, and easy to remove/replace the camera.

I also have the above mentioned Case Logic and Olympus cases and they work very well also.

I use the Built Hoodie with my S100. I have used it with the past several P&S cameras I have owned and have been using it for several years. It's still in "like new" condition. It's made of stretchy neoprene-like fabric and has a plush lined hard "tray" in it that offers hard impact protection for your LCD screen. There is room in the rear behind the tray to store an extra memory card and an extra battery.

Highly recommended!
